Sample/data collection

Once you have logged in, you can select a study to retrieve its form from server. If there are multiple forms available for your selected study on the operating instrument, you will be prompt to select a form to continue:

After you have selected your form or if there is only one form available for your selected study on the operating instrument, you will be prompt with the collection wizard generated from the form.

Then you can simply follow the guides and complete required fields. The processes listed at the bottom of the wizard are form processes defined in the form template. They can be set to activate automatically as in the image above or manually as below:

You can preview collected data once you have completed the wizard.

You may open the form again to make changes or save the record. If server connection is available, the record will be saved both locally and remotely.

Then you will be redirected to the task portal.
